Symptoms of neuroendocrine tumors vary depending on where the cancer cells are located. However, a condition called carcinoid syndrome is a symptom of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine carcinoma and pulmonary NET. As with many types of cancer, not all symptoms mean you have cancer.
